Return & Refund Policy – Warasat Store

At Warasat Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging are included.

• You provide your order number or another valid proof of purchase.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or modified after delivery.

• Discounted, clearance, or promotional items, unless they were delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will issue your refund through the original payment method whenever possible, or provide store credit if applicable. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Exchange Option

If you prefer, you may exchange the returned item for another product or size, subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped by us.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
